Do you believe that God still does miracles today?
My wife and I just witnessed a miracle happen within our family a little over a week ago. My father-in-law went into sudden cardiac death (9% survival rate) while on a run and survived. As scary as it was, our family witnessed God do a miracle in his life. The way it all happened and how it happened is incredible and is a powerful testimony on the grace of God.
Our God is a miracle worker (Deuteronomy 10:21). Our God is powerful (Psalm 147:5). Our God is good (Psalm 34:8). And if things didn’t turn out the way it did, God is still good. Often times we let our circumstances dictate who God is, but the truth is that our circumstances don’t change who He is. God is unchanging (Hebrews 13:8) and we should praise Him for that.
God still does miracles today and can do miracles in your own life.
“Now to him who is able to do far more abundantly than all that we ask or think, according to the power at work within us, to him be glory in the church and in Christ Jesus throughout all generations, forever and ever. Amen.” – Ephesians 3:20-21
